We just switched our Redmine installation to Chiliproject and apparently all 
files got lost in the Database migration. :( I'll have to look into this.

The latter is standard for Gitorious. It generates the tarballs on the fly, so 
if you try a few seconds later, normally the tarball is available. Also, until 
I have the Chiliproject files fixed, you can download all releases from 
Gitorious using the according tag.
