vc on osx

It shouldn't be too bad, unless you use one of the ancient compilers some Mac 
OS users still use. So just be sure you have the latest clang and Vc should 
compile and work just fine on Mac OS. There's no nightly tests, though. There 
might be issues, but I don't expect there to be any.
